How Is Our Fish Caught?
Our fish are caught in the northeastern Pacific Ocean using the “Purse Seine” fishing method. This conscientious technique uses specially designed nets to ensure a responsible approach to fishing, protecting the marine environment.
From Sea to Can in Just 16 Hours
To maintain optimal freshness, the process from catching to canning takes no more than 16 hours. Fish caught in the early morning are quickly sorted, cleaned, and canned to lock in their nutritional value and delicious taste.
